ANOTHER LOVLEY DAY

Well as you can see i have been to jo's crafting again and had a fab day. As normal i may have put my own stamp on them (so nothing new there for me as you may know).The first three we used the new marianna die's (ohhh love um,ohhh need them) .

A DAY WITH JO CHANNON

This one was stamped 5 time's in gold on to red card, then the bottom one has green glitter on it and the rest has red glitter on

This was stamped 6 time's on dark blue card and embossed with silver powder and glittered in blue...
 
The one below well this i think has the real WOW factor, stamped 5 time's on white card with black glitter embossing powder, the it has very fine white giltter around the edge's, and a pearl placed in the center.                             

Well i have had yet another fun filled crafting day at jo's. As you can see we used medallion stamp's it felt very strange using wooden stamp's again and i have quite a few medallion stamp's which i was thinking of selling,Well i am now thinking of giving them a treat and letting them see daylight again. Last time i used them i coloured them in with  gel pen's.Well no pen's this time we used a very fine glitter which has given a much better finish.

cricut craft club

Well not posted for a long time so her we go,satturday was cricut day and it was nice to catch up with everyone.
And here is one of the card's i did, i used new arrival's cart, i welded two bottle shape's , then cut one a bit smaller in a small check ,i also used distress ink to add a pink shade around the edge, the neck of the bottle was cut seprate in white card again i inked the teat and the white screw top i marked with a score board, the topper is one i picked up somewhere on my crafting trip's,

RAIN AGAIN

Hi everyone sorry not blogged for a long time as i have had a few problem's,,anyway here we go some of the post's below will not have a lot if any info as i just cannot think where some of the thing came from but as you will see i have posted them anyway.
well i can tell you that this is a papermainer wooden stamp,,stamped in distress in (tea dye) them i have pulled the colour out with a water brush, the mate is a spellbinder and the happy birthdat is a craftworks card die cut.

OH BABY

I made this card for my neice's friend rebecca she had a boy and named him thomas scott.

This card is a lily of the valley stamp coloured in with promarkers and cut out in a marianna die and placed on a cuttlebug swirl embossed then sanded over to show the green, i did it for my sister's birthday

Ship ahoy just how cute are these little fellow's, and make a note i have even used a bit of twine from my hubby's shed, and i coloured them in with the good old promarker's

I had yet another great day at jo's, we use these fab seaside stamp's, they are coloured in with copic pen;s not my choice i would much sooner use promarkers.

OH I DO LIKE TO BE BESIDE THE SEASIDE

Just loved making this card i did it for a friend of mine's birthday,the little girl was a stamp i used at cricut class (thanks audrey), i coloured her in with promarkers and glazed the swimming ring with glossey accents and also put a bit on her sunglassers, the shell frame i made by using everyday paperdoll cricut cartridge i took the shell and kept copying and welding it, and then added faint lines to the shell and gave it texture with a bit of glitter glue.

A DAY AT JO CHANNON'S

Well the other week we went over to jo channon's shop in conningsby and what a fab day we had, i went with fiona for the day, we had not done a class at her shop before, and wow it will not be the last,above are the cards i made, all of them very good cards and i will try my best to do them again,if you have never been and you live close enough to go give it a whirl you will have a very good time and more to the point cards that you can send out out people, not like some classes i have been to in the past where the cards are only fit for the bin..

UNDER MY UMBRELLA

Another stamp by papermainer, i stamped her using distress ink and a water brush to pull the colour out, the stamp can be used for birthdays or get well

ROBIN HOOD

This is edwin (i think) oh i loved doing this card, i used a loo roll ,(the dark brown bit) cut in half and put it in a tree bark embossing folder by creative expressions then brush coloured it with distress inks and of course promarkers for edwin

CARD COLLECTION

These cards i have made using my pirate collection stamps at the moment i have only used the boys and at some point i will get round to making some cards up using the girls, i have coloures them in yet again with my promarkers.

JUST FOR LOU

I made this card for LOU'S birthday hope she liked it,i used a marianne stamp and coloured her in with promarkers then desrtessed around the edge's with tea dye destressing ink applied with my famous wilko mens shaving brushes, i also did the same around the egde of the card the back ground is a creative expression embossing folder and again dusted over with tea dye.

MARIANNA DIE FOLDER

I have just got this die so had to play and i must just say it look's better in real life, i used a white card for the base card then used pearl card stock and ran it through my cuttlebug and then dusted with a pale pink shimmer powder , the flower's were made with assorted punches.

PAPERMAINA STAMP'S

I just love these stamp's from the nostalgic range by papermania, i stamped her on a heavy weight vellum, then using distress ink pulling the colour out with a water brush,the matt is done with an ek punch and placed on printed vellum.

FOOTBALL CRAZY

This is a stamp i love using it's by papermania ,i used a distress ink pad then pulled the colour out with a water brush as you can see on one i have used black soot and the other was done with tea dye it also look's good done in green shade's

HUMPTY DUMPTY SAT ON A WALL

Well i have been playing around with the nursery rhymes cartridge and made these two card 's humpty dumpty and one to follow, i have made this one for my nephew who will be one on the 6th may,it is an easel card i cut humpty out 4 times, shadow in black ,pale pink for the egg and used promarker's to add his face ,blue and trimmed it to make his pant's and brown for the wall,i also used a creative expression folder of a brick wall and cut the brick's up and put them in a pile in front of his name.

LADYBIRD LADYBIRD

Well heres one more, this time i have cut the ladybird's/ladybug which ever you want to call them,i cut them four time's first in black for the shadow,then in red for the main body,and in silver for the wing's and last in white for the leg's arm's and face adding a bit of colour with distress ink to the skin area's,,the lacey edge of the matt card was done by using an ek punch, then i put some vellum on top of it and card candy on the corner's to hide the glue and in the bottom corner is a small wooden ladybird

MOTHER'S DAY CHALLENGE ?

I just love this card, i made it useing paper lace cartridge and so love to play about with it, i'm going to put it on the cricut mb mother's day challenge but as you can see there is no message or sentiment, reason being i lost my mum 21yr's ago on the 9th march but if she was still around i would have loved to have made it for her xx

PLAYING WITH PAPER

Well i was having a tidy up the other day in my craft room (yes a tidy up) and i found the instruction's for paper folding, and this is what i made,and it is made from one length of paper.

SCORCH

This is scorch you may have seen him over on lou's blog, this is a download from cuddly buddly, coloured in with promarker's, hank's lou for your input on colouring him in,down the side of the card i have pulled a thread in the ribbon to gather it up, inthe bottom corner i put two brad's

A CARD FOR AUNTIE

This is just a quick card i have made for my aunt's birthday

BOY WITH DUCK

This little fellow is a digi download from cuddly buddly and coloured in with promarker's, and chalked around the edge's with cat's eye's chalk ink's i have put craftwork's card candy in the corner's,i trimmed the edge of the paper with an ek success punch.

PAST TIME'S

I love this stamp it's from papermaina,i stamp him with destress ink and used a water colour brush to pull the colour out to give him an aged look,,i also used recycled card stock for the main card and layered him up on brown card and my mind's eye paper

CHOCOLATE BOX GIRL

This little girl with a box of chocolate's is a digi download from cuddly buddly and i coloured her with promarkers..The flower is a sizzix die which i cut out in four colour's the backing paper is from a pack of my mind's eye.

TILDA

I made this card with craftwork card's fancy circle's, and then sat a cute tilda on it which i coloured in with promarker's and made it into an easel card with an ek success punch.

AYE AYE CAPTAIN

Well i justed loved making this card it's for my nephew's birthday he will be 6 in may and he just love's anything to do with pirates,Thte ship i cut out from paper doll's, the pirate is a magnolia stamp which i coloured in with promarker's and the treasure chest was another cricut cartridge(just can;t think which one),the sea/wave's i made from ripping some card and shaded it with destress ink and the sand was done the samw way.

JUST A LITTLE DESTRESSING

This card is what i made for my cousin's son he is football mad,,I used a papermania stamp and stamped it in a brown destress ink (dont know what colour it was called) then i used a water brush to drag the colour out to give it a sepia look, i used giltter card to mount it on, the back ground paper was also from papermaina and finished off with card candy in each corner.

Well it's a long time since i posted anything on my blog so her we go,,I made this card for a friend's birthday it's a large size card think it was done on an 8x8 square scalllop card and tilda is mounted on a sizzix die shape, each corner has a gold button on and the frame has pearl dot's on ,i coloured tilda in with promarkers and the frame was toned down useing distress ink. oh and by the way i have also enterd the card in a blog challange (let you know how i do)
